Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry is just days away from giving birth to her fourth child, and during a recent Instagram Q&A she revealed that she has narrowed down the list of potential baby names. The MTV star also dished on the custody arrangements she has with the fathers of her three children: Isaac, Lincoln, and Lux.
The Pennsylvania native shares 10-year-old Isaac with her ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera, and she shares 6-year-old Lincoln with her ex-husband Javi Marroquin. The father of 2-year-old Lux is her on-again, off-again boyfriend Chris Lopez, and he is also the dad of baby number four.

During the Q&A session, one fan wrote: “Good thing about multiple [baby daddies] is you get a break and me time if you schedule right.”
Lowry replied, “Isaac and Linc are on the same exact schedule. But I have Lux 99.9% of the time.”
After announcing her pregnancy in February, Lowry revealed that Lopez was the father. But, she also admitted that she and Lopez were no longer together and she had no contact with him.
“I know that the situation is not ideal. At the end of the day, I have three children that are happy, healthy and wonderful kids. I know I’m prepared to raise another baby on my own and we are all so excited to welcome him into our family,” the Pothead Hair Care owner told Us Weekly.
Lowry also talked about baby names during the IG session, and she said she is doing things differently this time. After giving birth to Lux, Lowry waited almost two months before settling on his name.
The Coffees & Convos podcast host said that happened because she was giving her power away to other people to make decisions for her and constantly seeking approval instead of doing what she wants.

With baby number four, Kailyn Lowry says that she has three full names that she really likes already picked out. She says that she hopes when she looks at her son for the first time, she’ll know the right name.
Lowry also revealed recently that she is at the heaviest weight she has ever been, but she hasn’t had any real complications. Her doctor has warned her, though, about her blood levels because “with every pregnancy you lose more blood.”

Her pregnancy has also been deemed “high risk,” and this has caused Lowry to look into changing her birthing plan.
